Where We Ship

We ship to all countries within the European Union through our online store. If you're located outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@roshults.com, we're happy to assist with orders and shipping worldwide.

Made to Order

Most of our products are crafted to order. Once payment is confirmed, please allow approximately 8 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped sooner, we'll confirm the expected timeline when your order is processed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. We book shipments manually to ensure the most suitable carrier is selected for each destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the EU is free of charge, with the exception of certain destinations including Ireland, Malta, and Cyprus, where additional shipping fees may apply. For orders outside the EU, shipping costs will be calculated individually, please contact us at info@roshults.com for a quote on orders outside of the EU.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
